Recipes with complete nutrition facts

Recipes whose nutrition facts are not guesswork

Every recipe works out from its ingredients what a serving really provides — energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat. The same recipe goes into your food diary with one click, without typing anything.

Calculated from ingredients

“2 tbsp honey” and “200 ml milk” are converted to grams and multiplied by the food’s nutrition facts. Whatever can’t be converted is flagged instead of silently counted as zero.

A diary that doesn’t rewrite history

An entry keeps today’s nutrition facts. If you correct an ingredient in March, January stays exactly as it was.

Goals that grow with you

A calorie goal applies from a date. If you lower it in June, May is still measured against the value that applied back then.
